Rob from Shawmann Plumbing came out to help unclog our kitchen sink and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very friendly and respectful, and worked thoroughly to fix the issue. I also appreciated the honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. Great service overall and I would highly recommend him and his company.

Amazing, quick response, here within an hour of calling, fixed within an hour… and really reasonable fee. He took the time to explain what was wrong, repaired and heat within minutes. Friendly, very respectful and professional. Thank you!

Incredible service in an emergency. I called about 7pm with an urgent leak that couldn’t wait until morning. Rob was there in 20 min and had the fix done within 1.5 hours of calling. Great price, super fast response in off-hours, and a friendly person - I’ll be going with him again any time trouble comes up

Five stars. He showed up quickly, got straight to work, and finished the job fast without cutting corners. On top of that, he even shoveled my front yard to clear the snow before getting started, which I did not expect at all. Super pleasant to deal with and clearly takes pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend him and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
